Exchange & Return Policy

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, and undamaged.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date.
  • KHAMA will cover the shipping costs for the exchange once only per order.
  • Items that show any signs of damage or defects caused by the customer will not be accepted for exchange, and the exchange request will be rejected.

Returns

We accept returns only in the case of a manufacturing defect. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.      

To process your exchange or return request, please send us clear photos of the item showing its condition or the defect via WhatsApp before returning it.
